Most Arthritic Pain Removed By The Process That Caused It!

Do You Want To Be Free Of Your Pain?

My goal here is to share with you a powerful form of therapeutic coaching that top athletes are already aware of.

Here is my basic idea of pain, see if you agree…

Pain or chronic discomfort is the body’s way of telling you something needs attention. You drop something on your foot and the pain is instant. The central nervous system (CNS) sends a message at hyper-speed to your mind, which does lots of things very quickly at this point but the main thing you get is the registration of PAIN! Followed in many cases by a few well chosen words (depending on who’s in ear shot).

Pain is the mind responding to signals from your CNS letting you know there is some sort of damage or disruption to your body. If you get a dent in your new car you take it to a body shop, if you have engine problems you take it to a mechanic. But unlike cars our engine comes in TWO parts…Mind & Body.

What many people tend not to recognise is that pain can also be subtle; it can get more intense over various amounts of time depending on what the cause is. Remember pain is the signal or message from your mind telling you that something is wrong. It may well be that the cause of the pain signal being sent has its roots deeper than the physical symptoms outwardly observed by you or anyone else. Pain reduction pills can only do so much since all that is really going on is the temporary interruption of the pain signal. In many if not all cases….”This does nothing to remove or deal with the cause of the pain signal.”

I am not sure why we evolved into a race of people who less than 500 years ago would have listened to their body and acted accordingly to heal the mind and body and move on. Today all there seems to be is a heavy leaning towards suppressing the pain (signal) and doing nothing about the actual problem. Giving a type of pain (signal) a label or name does not make the problem go away on the contrary if allowed to persist it will take up residence in the mind of the recipient and resist all attempts at removing the “idea” thus condemning the “believer” to a life of pain…Is this you?

What you are actually doing is suppressing the bodies signaling system to let you know you have to fix something. If you dampen this message that your body is trying to send you eventually, the pain will impinge on other areas of your life, perhaps affecting your sleep, walking up or down stairs or simply unscrewing a lid from a jar. This will continue until you address and resolve the underlying issues and deal with the cause – the true cause.

Unfortunately, most doctors simply don’t have the time to address the mind-body connection or are unaware of the role the mind plays in the creation and cession of pain. When diagnosing, your doctor will look for very specific signs, symptoms, and disease characteristics. He will also consider your medical history, physical examination, blood tests, and imaging studies. The physical examination to try to see any visible signs and symptoms that point to arthritis:

Redness/warmth around a joint inflammation
Joint stiffness or tenderness
Joint fluid or swelling
Bumps or nodules
Pattern of affected joints (e.g. symmetric or asymmetric)
Limited range of motion

A single symptom or a single test result is not enough to diagnose arthritis. Certain symptom patterns and tests are used to rule out specific types of arthritis in order to narrow down the type and preferred treatment which usually involves a course of anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID’s – Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) to reduce the pain.

The word ‘arthritis’ is a label to group together some 100-200 types of arthritis – but what causes the arthritis? Determining the cause of arthritis can be difficult, because often several factors contribute to an individual developing this common problem. We are told it can be Genetics, Age, Weight, Previous injury, Occupational hazards, Illness or Infection or a disease that gradually builds up, or a group of conditions that cause inflammation in the joints gradually destroying the cartilage and bone or simply wear and tear from old age – but could it be something else…

It is widely understood that negative emotions such as: grief, fear, hatred, shame, resentment, anger and stress and various other life issues have an effect on our body. New information is emerging that suggests that negative emotions cause disruption and miscommunication within and between the bodies major healing systems, specifically the lymphatic system (LS) and the CNS leading to a physical breakdown of the body. Doctors are only focusing on the physical aspect of the body, the arthritis, in order to deal with the pain, the symptom, and are completely missing the negative emotions that caused the pain in the first place.

We are constantly told that there is no ‘cure’ for arthritis and this is endorsed by our doctor’s, National Health industry, the national press and media sources. Some doctors actually compound the problem of arthritis and leave the patient with no hope for the future. When asking the doctor what can they expect? They are typically informed that, ‘there is no cure for arthritis… that they’ve got it for life… it’s going to get worse… and eventually, they might have to have major surgery to replace the joint and, in the mean time, only the conventional drugs and medications are available.’ Wow, that’s something to look forward to… but don’t be hard on the doctor’s, they are only confirming what the drug industry dictates.

What if there doesn’t need to be a ‘cure’ for arthritis – only a correction?

When the emotional trauma that is directly linked to the arthritis is dissolved, the body re-establish’s the communication between the CNS and the LS to the site of pain. The LS is the body’s drainage system, and once re-connected is able to eliminate the build-up of excess waste materials, the dead blood, skin and organ cells and all the pollutants and chemicals from food, household cleaners, solvents and petrol etc. through the natural

Sharks do not have skeleton of bone but of cartilage, which is a dense form of connective tissue. Its main components are cells known as chondrocytes that are responsible for producing collagen fibers, an elastic protein called elastin that is responsible for the skin returning to its original shape after being pinched, and ground substance that is rich in proteoglycan, a protein with glycosaminoglycan chains.

Shark cartilage is said to be beneficial in the treatment of many conditions including arthritis, psoriasis (allied to arthritis), rheumatism, eczema, acne, allergies and the most controversial – cancer. It is said to inhibit tumor growth by inhibiting angiogenesis – the formation of new blood vessels by growing them from old ones. This can lead to metastasis, or the spread of cancer between organs and also feed the cancer cells with blood.

Shark cartilage has been used medicinally for thousands of years, particularly in ancient China where its use is documented, and might also have been in other areas where the consumption of fish was high. However, the production of shark cartilage and its trade is not well documented. The major cartilage consuming countries are Australia, India, Japan and the USA, although it is used or consumed in many other countries, especially Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and, increasingly, Europe.

The best quality of cartilage is from the blue shark due to its higher chondroitin quality. Chemically, chondroitin is an acid mucopolysaccharide, and a very large molecule that is used for a variety of purposes. In arthritis it is difficult to get it to the source of the problem due to its physical size and large doses are used to ensure that at least a proportion passes through the capillaries to the joints.

Arthritis is a particularly prevalent disease and comes in two forms: osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis. Osteoarthritis develops over a long period of time, and generally the cartilage roughens and becomes thin, while the bone becomes thinner. Extra synovial fluid, that lubricates the joint, can be formed and that causes swelling. The bone tried to repair itself, but degeneration continues and the tendons become affected. Eventually inflammation can occur leading to severe swelling and pain. There are several causes, the most common being injury or repetitive hard use of the joints.

Rheumatoid arthritis, on the other hand, is completely different, and is caused by the immune system rather than wear and tear. The immune system mistakes parts of your joints as being foreign, and attacks the synovial membrane, or lining of the joint. It might also attack the sheath around the tendons. This eventually causes the cartilage to thin and the joints to wear, and the inflammatory response can cause painful inflammations. There is no apparent cause, though heredity, lifestyle and hormones might all be connected.

The effect of shark cartilage on arthritis is well documented, and in one study in the 1970s, only 11% of patients did not respond well to a treatment of cartilage injections. The pain relief the injections provided lasted from six weeks to over a year, though no reason could be provided for the vast difference. However, it did seem to demonstrate that the remedy was more than just a placebo. In another study involving bedridden osteoarthritis patients, eight out of ten could leave their beds after only three weeks of oral cartilage treatment. Shark cartilage appears to be effective when administered both intravenously and orally.

In a later placebo study involving 147 arthritis patients, they were given either shark cartilage or a placebo. Those with the placebo were encouraged to use other treatments when their pain became severe. After five years the placebo group reported a 5% drop in pain scores compared to 85% of the group taking shark cartilage. The joint deterioration in each group was assessed, and was considerably less in the cartilage group, who also lost less time at work through pain.

All of these results indicate that shark cartilage can be used to relieve osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis pain in at least 60% of sufferers. Since rheumatoid arthritis has been linked to psoriasis, this could also explain its effects on psoriasis. What the studies did indicate is that you need not wait five years to find if the treatment is effective or not: if you do not experience positive results within between four and six weeks, then shark cartilage treatment will likely not work for you.

There is no doubt that shark cartilage can provide relief to painful, swollen joints, and this is likely due to the mucopolysaccharides. It can also prevent the undesirable growth of new blood vessels into the cartilage and appears to help to regulate the immune system. These are also two of the reasons why it is believed by some to be an effective treatment for cancer by preventing metastasis.

It was the publication of the book “Sharks Don’t get Cancer” that started the rush for shark cartilage as a a treatment for cancer, but the problem is that sharks do get cancer – they even get cancer of the cartilage! However, that does not mean that the scientific reasons for the inhibition of metastsis are invalid. They are valid, and it is metastsis rather than the original cancer that ferquently leads to death. Metastsis is the spread of the disease round the body by the bloodstream, and shark cartilage appears to be able to help to prevent that. It also prevents the growth of blood cells into cancerous areas to feed the cancers with oxygen and other nutrients.

Although there are few reported side effects of shark cartilage, in the interest of safety it is advised that children and pregnant women should avoid it. The same is true of people recovering from recent surgery since it could slow healing due to its effect on repairing blood vessels. If you have a low white blood cell count, do not have a shark cartilage enema since it can cause a potentially fatal infection.

Otherwise it should be safe to take, and is available in many forms including creams, capsules, powders and injections. The recommended dosage is 1 gram dried shark cartilage for

Never let the fear of joint pains keep you from playing the game! Life isn’t about complaining how hard it is to earn money or to take care of the family. Life is about enjoying every minute of it even if you suffer from rheumatoid arthritis or high blood pressure. Life is about taking advantage of every minute spent near the beloved ones in the sun of happiness. Well you might think that there can’t be spoken about happiness during an illness. The only things that probably cross to your mind are could something be worse than the rheumatoid arthritis diet or rheumatoid arthritis treatment? Of course it could be. And you know how would that be? You suffering of rheumatoid arthritis and having no family by your side to support you. Life isn’t abut rainbows and butterflies, life is about love that can be seen when the grandfather offers to get grandmother’s nails done because she suffers from rheumatoid arthritis even if he suffers of the same disease as well. Some things in life just can’t be avoided, or if they can be, sometimes people find out about it too late. So if you got the rheumatoid arthritis, why don’t you make the best out of it? Maybe this is the time when you finally can do something for your self. Get a massage! Learn about natural treatments! Get some Chinese or any type of Asian therapies! Eat healthy and tasty! And most of all don’t get into depression! Rheumatoid arthritis is very well known for ‘stealing’ the people happiness and making them see only the negative side of things. Don’t let yourself tricked by this disease. Go to the window and you will see that the sun is shining. And if it isn’t, you will surely see him smiling under the clouds. Don’t be obsessed about the rheumatoid arthritis joints. They hurt badly, but isn’t the pain smaller when you tell a story to your smiling grand son or son? Or isn’t it a joyful experience to see the care and patience of your children by helping you to walk normally again? There is literally an ocean of joy that still waits to be explored even if you have muscle, joint ache and stiffness. Just think about how you would encourage a person to be brave and perseverant if he or she was in your place. Think as though you would have a mission: to be a brave hero that doesn’t give up because of pain. Balance your diet, try to minimize the caffeine amount in your food, do some sports, let the game begin and have some fun by playing golf or making aerobic exercises that also strengthen your joints. Think positive and you will have all the ‘weapons’ needed to defeat illness!

The chronic disease arthritis means joint inflammation. Pain relief is the main area of concern for the sufferers of arthritis. People have often tried traditional medications without success, they are often not eligible for surgery and as a result, they will see relieve through natural arthritis treatment.

Debilitating Arthritis is a disease that causes pain and loss of movement of the joints. Arthritis is the leading cause of disability in people over the age of 55. Arthritis affects the movements you rely on for everyday activities. Arthritis refers to a group of more than 100 rheumatic diseases and other conditions that can cause pain, stiffness and swelling in the joints. These distinct conditions may require the special attention and the treatment for the arthritis symptoms and anxiety.

There are many forms of arthritis, each of which has a different cause. Inflammatory arthritis or the Osteoarthritis is characterized by inflammation of tissues of the cartilage associated with joints. Connective tissue diseases, crystal deposition diseases, infectious arthritis are examples of Osteoarthritis arthritis (OA). Rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis are autoimmune diseases in which the body is attacking itself. Septic arthritis is caused by joint infection. Gouty arthritis is caused by deposition of uric acid crystals in the joint that results in subsequent inflammation. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is traditionally considered a chronic, inflammatory autoimmune disorder that causes the immune system to attack the joints. It is a disabling and painful inflammatory condition, which can lead to substantial loss of mobility due to pain and joint destruction. Arthritis sufferers include men and women, children and adults.

Most type of the arthritis is the main cause of suffering for the people lasting life span. From the time of diagnosis, people must learn to manage arthritis pain and inflammation. Unfortunately, there is no cure treatment for arthritis pain relief, but some of the natural supplements, exercise, loosing weight and the application of the heat and cold therapy do prove good and improve the function and the flexibility of the joints and thus these ways are treated as the slowing down process of the disease arthritis.

The degenerative disease arthritis can be tackled by some the vitamin supplements. These vitamins are Vitamin B and Vitamin E. The vitamin E supplements are treated to be the antioxidant that is helpful in suppressing the Osteoarthritis joint pain. Vitamin B is also an effective pain reliever. It works best on the knee and can help stop degeneration that is caused by free-radical molecules, not only in the joints but in other areas of the body as well.

Diet Can Help With Arthritis

The term “arthritis” refers to the chronic inflammation of joints throughout the body. Arthritis is one of the most rapidly growing chronic conditions in North America. Osteoarthritis, the most common form of arthritis, is also known as wear and tear arthritis and degenerative joint disease. This form of arthritis classically affects the knee joint, the hips and other weight bearing joints. Other forms include rheumatoid arthritis and gouty arthritis.

New treatments for arthritis are constantly researched. The most common arthritis medications are non-steroid or steroid anti-inflammatory drugs which, although effective, have serious side-effects. They can have unpleasant side effects: cause weight gain, acne, osteoporosis, hypertension, diabetes, cataracts and infections. The side effects of steroids impact on almost every system of the body, and the more steroids you take, the more side effects you are likely to experience.

The newest findings link arthritis not only to poor diet and obesity, but also to the overall state of the immune system. Quite recently, researchers have found a protein in the immune system that malfunctioned in patients who have arthritis or other inflammatory diseases. Doctors believe they can block this protein to reduce the need for steroids.

As the general population ages, the number of people with arthritis is growing. Today arthritis medications are aimed at baby-boomers who have spent more years living with obesity than the previous generation. Researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center have found that there are more cases of obesity-related arthritis among baby boomers compared to the previous generation.

What we eat often plays a large role in setting the stage for the start of arthritis. There are a few changes anyone can make to their diet to successfully offset arthritis even without using arthritis medications.

The typical North American diet contains an overwhelming amount of cooked, processed and other acid forming foods. A healthy diet should be 70 lkaline and 30 cidic. Unfortunately, the average North American diet has reversed this ratio.

Instead of eating cooked foods that are acid forming, a diet of mostly raw, fresh vegetables, fruits and reducing the consumption of meats are an excellent way to help reduce inflammation throughout the body.

To ease your arthritis symptoms without succumbing to arthritis medications, avoid foods that form acid in your body. These foods include bread, coffee, corn, honey, oatmeal, peanuts, rice, soy, pasta and wheat. When treating arthritis, stay away from saturated fats, such as butter, cream, and margarine.

Antioxidants in brightly colored fruits and vegetables offer substantial protection against arthritis. By eating more yellow and orange fruits and vegetables you will consume antioxidants called carotenoids, which can lower your chances of developing inflammatory arthritis. Some dietitians suggest that night-shade vegetables are unsuitable for arthritis patients, which means you should think twice about eating peppers, (red, green and yellow), potatoes, tomatoes and eggplants.

Build your arthritis diet around such alkaline-forming products as most berries, bananas, dates, figs, prunes, raisins, almonds, asparagus, avocado, fresh beans, beets, carrots, grapes, plums, spinach, apricots, broccoli, all kind of cabbage, cantaloupe, celery, cherries, chestnuts, chicory, coconut milk, fresh sweet corn and cucumbers. Focusing on vegetables instead of proteins will ease many other symptoms and help you reduce weight too.

Proper hydration is a must. Drink half your weight in ounces – that would be 75 oz of water for a person weighing 150 pounds. If you must drink alcohol, coffee or soda, drink an extra 16 oz of water for every alcoholic drink and cup of coffee or soda you consume in addition to the water you would normally drink.

Arthritis is a condition that takes years to develop. In many cases, arthritis can be avoided or effectively managed through the use of alternative methods that include proper nutrition, hydration and specific nutritional supplements that can reduce the damage done to aging joints.

Because arthritis has become a very “popular” disease today, people are finding ways to totally eliminate the problem. But is there really a cure for any of the arthritis diseases? Is there an arthritis medication which can take away the causative problem of your disease? Well, the answer is no.

Rheumatoid arthritis treatment comes in many ways. Aside from the medications and the surgeries for arthritis, there are several other therapies which help a lot in the cure of arthritis. To name a few are: hydrotherapy, massage therapy, paraffin dip, and a number of exercises. With the use of these treatments, a patient will be relieved not only of the pain but the inflammation of the joints as well. If these are done continuously, the ill person will be able to go back to his normal way of living again.

Arthritis treatment can be given to alleviate the patient’s condition and to make the patient feel as comfortable as possible. But to eliminate the root of the problem is quite impossible; since we all know that arthritis is a genetic problem, nothing can “erase” it as it runs in your system already. The list given below will explain how each form of treatment can provide for a temporary relief from arthritis.

Arthritis Cure through Medications

Arthritis cure through medications is impossible. However, they help tremendously in putting your disease on a resting stage. The medications can control several symptoms of your disease such as the inflammation, pain, and stiffness of the joints; but it can never take them away.

Once in a while, your symptoms will attack; but if you regularly comply with the treatment regimen given to you, the chances of disease occurrence would be unlikely. This is why doctors stress the importance of religiously conforming with your arthritis drugs; for without them, it will be impossible to relieve you of the symptoms your are experiencing.

Arthritis Cure through Surgery

The best arthritis cure that is considered today would be surgery. Because an operation fixes your bones, joints and ligaments, it can very well remove your arthritis problems. However, this form of arthritis cure does not mean that you are totally safe from another disease attack.

Although most of your symptoms may have been removed by the surgery already, your genetic problem is still at large. Since genes are the cause of your problem, it cannot be taken cared of by surgery. Like the medications, surgery will give you a temporary arthritis cure. Through time, the disease will emerge again and will attack your system the second time around.

Arthritis Cure through Other Therapies

Another considered treatment would be the variety of therapies available. Like the two treatments mentioned above, the other therapies for the disease can not be considered as an arthritis cure. Therapies like natural remedies, paraffin wax treatments, exercise and diet can only alleviate a part of your arthritis symptoms; but they cannot fully eradicate the origins of your disease.

It is a good thing that several forms for temporary arthritis cure are being generated in our world today. This alone is a big help to those who are experiencing the pains of arthritis. What people need to do is to be thankful for the variety of treatments available. Gratitude to these innovations can be shown through compliance with whatever treatment the doctors give you. After all, it is you who will enjoy all the benefits you can get from an arthritis treatment.

If people are experiencing arthritis, our beloved dogs are experiencing this disease too, sad to say. If people need to be treated if they have arthritis, and so are our amazing and intelligent canines. If you found out that you have a dog that experiences the signs and symptoms of this common dog disease, it is strongly suggested that you find for the best dog arthritis treatment.

In the United States of America alone, almost 16 million canines are suffering from the said sickness. Unfortunately, not all of these dogs are being treated due to the lack of information. So how could we know if our pet needs dog arthritis treatment? The main thing that you must be knowledgeable of is the common signs and symptoms of arthritis. Here are some of the things that can guide you to determine if your dog has this problem, how to prevent them and the possible things that you can upon finding out.

• Dogs that are already in their adolescent years are those who are in great risk of experiencing arthritis. The same thing applies to people, so if you have an old dog, make sure that you observe the manner that they lie down, sit and even walk.

• Don’t let your dogs to sleep on a hard surface. This is the common cause of dog arthritis. Just think of it – if your pet doesn’t sleep comfortably, they are in risk of experiencing this common man and dog problem. Get them a blanket or their own bed if possible.

• A monthly or a regular visit to the veterinarian is strongly suggested. This way, the doctor can check the dog’s condition and give you tips on preventing dog arthritis. It will also be easier for you to find dog arthritis treatment if this sickness occurs – because the sickness can be further prevented from getting worse.

• Maintain your dog’s weight – most overweight dogs are in greater chances of experiencing dog arthritis because their bones cannot simply carry their weight.

Don’t worry because there is always an available dog arthritis treatment for your suffering dog. Just make sure that you do the steps stated above if you have already seen the signs of a dog having arthritis. Pain relievers and making sure that the affected parts are ambulated – this is a common dog arthritis treatment since these pain relievers and supplements help relieve the pain and repair the joints that have been damaged.

Massaging the affected area can also help relieve the pain. Just leave the dog arthritis treatment to your veterinarian, and your main goal is to make sure that you’ll relieve the pain and let your dog suffer less. This is one of the most important things that you must take into consideration. It is hard for you to see your dog in pain, but think that it is much harder for your dog to experience everything that they are going through today. Last of the best dog arthritis treatment that can work is to apply hot compress to the area that is affected the most.

Arthritis Treatment For Dogs – Dog Joint Health Information

If your dog is unfortunate enough to have arthritis, then there are many treatments you can use to help them. Arthritis treatment for dogs is available in various forms. Dog arthritis is just as common as human arthritis, so many options are available to choose from.

Here are some common symptoms of dog arthritis:

There are several signs to look out for in your dog. These will mainly be in the way they are moving. Maybe your dog is favoring one leg more than the other? This is a sign. Maybe they are really reluctant to climb your stairs, if so that could be a symptom too.

If your dog starts displaying some of these symptoms, then take them to your vet ASAP. They will instantly examine your dog and tell you which arthritis treatment for dogs you can try. If your dog has a mild form of arthritis then pain relief can be used in the form of tablets or liquids. They are easy to give your dog daily to help them. Although they aren’t a magic solution that will cure arthritis, they will help with pain relief.

The most common type of arthritis will break down the cartilage in a joint. This is the reason that not many young dogs get arthritis, it’s generally older dogs that have worn out their joints. But saying that, puppy arthritis is also a problem. Injuries can cause arthritis, so it is not always through wear and tear of the joints.

Arthritis treatment for dogs is available over the counter from your vet or local pet shop. These treatments are usually Glucosamine products that add back the ingredient to the joint. This means that they help the joint to be more free and lubricated, thus removing the pain. They are quite inexpensive to buy also, so take a look when you next visit the pet store. To ensure your dog isn’t in pain, this is a small price to pay anyway.

Why Consider Taking Vitamin Supplements For Arthritis

There are many claims being made out with regards to vitamin supplements for arthritis, as well as for many other conditions. Are these products any good and when should you consider using them?

Common sense tells us all that with age comes great wisdom. Unfortunately it also often brings a myriad of aches and pains, of which arthritis is one of the most common. There are many different types of arthritis, all with slightly different symptoms and required treatments but all are unpleasant and disruptive.

Aside from the constant discomfort and pain, arthritis limits mobility (your ability to walk and move around freely) which has a negative impact on the quality of your life. It’s no fun reaching your golden years and wanting to enjoy free time to travel, spend time with children and grandchildren and other pleasurable activities only to be hampered by conditions like arthritis.

The decision whether to use pharmaceuticals or vitamin supplements for arthritis can be a tough one. If you are currently on a pharmaceutical solution but not getting the desired results it may be wise to investigate using supplements as well. Be sure to get products from a reputable manufacturer though or you may waste your time and money as well as put your health at risk.

One thing to look for is an enteric coating supplement that prevents nutrients from being destroyed in the stomach and only allows them to be released in the upper intestine where they work most efficiently. Also the quality of the ingredients and manufacturing process must be of the highest possible standard.

There are many benefits to using vitamin supplements for arthritis, either on their own or in a complementary role to pharmaceuticals. Use your wisdom and be sure to consult your health care professional before making changes to your treatment or medication.

Do you know that the most advanced vitamin supplements for arthritis offers potential relief and rejuvenation for all forms of arthritis, safely, naturally and without negative side effects. It is a powerful combination of specific nutrients that actively target the root causes of arthritis, helps restore cartilage and Glutathione depletion, increase mobility, reduce joint inflammation, swelling and stiffness, target the cause of pain and provide long-term relief plus it helps protect and restore affected joints. Arthritis pain can be caused by many factors and affects everyone differently. The inflammation process causes redness and swelling in joints and around her, over time it begins to damage the joint and the joint tissues. This results in the arthritis pain that is caused by stress on your joints, which can start to cause injury and pressure that can become unbearable. People have been known to become stressed or even depressed as a result of limited movement and who are not able to do the activities that were once beyond their everyday lives, this is called a cycle of arthritis pain and will make more difficult to deal with this disease.

Arthritis is classified as the second biggest health problem that causes disability. The largest number of people have been rendered helpless by arthritis are approximated to have a higher percentage next to victims of heart disease. Besides heart disease, no other disease is as destructive as arthritis.

Arthritis can be a very difficult musculoskeletal condition. There’s the pain and swelling that appears in the affected area, as well as an opportunity to be detained and tied to the bed while you are leaving the pain decrease. For severe arthritis attacks like these, people are usually advised to take pain relievers and to manage the symptoms and discomfort caused by joint disease.
But some people can not afford to take pain relievers, because: 1. does not cost much, and 2. there are possible side effects. That is why people are invited to teach natural resources management to minimize dependence on pain medications for relief of pain. Most experts on natural healing and naturopathy believe that the best way to reach any disease and almost all is to renew a lifestyle.

Here are some simple changes in living that can help patients cope better with the gouty pain: Get moving. The exercise is a way to alleviate the pain and stiffness felt in the affected joint. His doctors will not expect you to start walking or jogging enliven any time soon, because these are high impact activities that could add to what you are feeling pain. Swimming and aqua aerobics is a better option for arthritis suffer because they do not add impact to the joints. The exercise is good because it increases blood flow, making it easier for nutrients to be brought to the affected part and waste materials to be taken away. Learn how to protect your joints. Be aware of what you do and how it affects your joints. If given a long list of tasks, alternate hard and easy tasks to give your joints time to rest. When transporting loads, use a stronger, more articulate. Using devices such as canes, crutches or walkers to help you move around without exerting too much pressure on the affected joint. Watch your weight. The body is the greatest weight being carried by our joints, especially the knee joints. Having controlled weight decreases the chances of developing osteoarthritis, which commonly affects the knees. In people who already have arthritis, shedding excess pounds through proper diet and adequate amount of exercise reduces the chances of the disease progressing into something worse. Master the use of heat and cold application. Applying hot or cold compresses may help to temporarily relieve the pain caused by arthritis. Heat works well in the relaxation of the muscle affected, while the cooling is effective in numbing the pain. The source of heat or cold should not be pressed directly against the affected area, use a towel to wrap her and not use it for another 15 to 20 minutes. Skin temperature should be allowed to normalize before reuse or cold pack.

Learn to deal with arthritis pain is not to rely only on prescription or over-the-counter pain relievers. Something as simple as changing your life can help you deal with the condition easier.

Can Fish Oil Remove Arthritis Suffering?

Can fish oil remove arthritis suffering? Can fish oil just relieve arthritis some? There have been many claims that say yes. Let’s look at the facts which should be very encouraging for arthritis sufferers and for others who have health conditions.

Arthritis Origins and Causes

Chronic dietary deficits in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids inhibit the body’s ability to repair damage caused by joint stress, injury, repetitive motions or simple age. Being overweight contributes to the problem, as it puts undue stress on the weight-bearing joints. Lack of exercise is another problem
.
You can see how a person’s lifestyle could contribute to the development of achy joints and addressing those lifestyle issues is a good first step. The conventional treatments are pain relieving drugs, which do not address the actual cause of the problem and all of them are bad for the liver. Certain pharmaceuticals such as VIOXX, Bextra, Celebrex and other COX-2 inhibitors negatively affect the heart, as well.

Fish Oil-What it May Do For You

Because of this, many people are looking for a safe arthritis treatment that is also effective. My number one recommendation is fish oil. But, there are lots of different brands on the market. Not just any fish oil will be effective. The product that you choose should be rich in omega 3 fatty acids, particularly in one called DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Research has shown that DHA has more anti-inflammatory activity than the other essential fatty acids.

Omega 3 fish oil is only an effective arthritis treatment if it has a high level of anti-inflammatory activity. Manufacturers can have the degree of anti-inflammatory activity measured. In some cases, it is nearly equivalent to aspirin and has the same heart healthy effects of aspirin, but without the stomach upset or the danger to the liver.

Dosage Recommendations

If pain is mild, then a supplement that provides 1000mg of omega3s per day should be effective. If you have sore knuckles, general stiffness or redness and inflammation, then you may need a little more help. One of the better all natural supplements combines 500mg of green lipped mussel extract with 1100mg of omega3s. If needed, a person can take as much as twice that amount. Green lipped mussel extract has natural anti-inflammatory activity.

For severe pain, there is a natural arthritis treatment that contains a variety of natural anti-inflammatories including green lipped mussel, ginger, turmeric, piperine and chaste-berry, as well as other nutrients that address the root causes of pain and stiffness. They support the body’s ability to repair damage to the joints and improve the function of the immune system.

Additional Supplementation Help

To help prevent cellular degeneration and combat the aging process, you might want to consider a good multi-nutritional supplement. Some of the better ones contain a number of natural anti-inflammatories, as well as antioxidants and your basic vitamins and minerals.

Exercise Suggestions

Losing weight and special exercises designed to reduce stiffness and improve flexibility will also help. But, there is no doubt that omega 3 fish oil is highly beneficial to your overall health. At the very least, it should be considered as a complementary addition to any other arthritis treatment. And now, see my website listed below for more information how to get arthritis pain relief with omega3 fish oil.

The bones of a joint are addressed with a smooth, elastic material called cartilage. The cartilage plays as cushion to the bones, which enables the joint to act without pain. The joint is also delineated by a thin film of tissue called synovium that makes a slippery fluid called synovial fluid that aliments the joint and assists decreases friction between the bones. When any region in and around the joint becomes heated, it could lead to pain, puffiness and even determined mobility. Click Link For Hip Arthritis Treatment

Arthritis can be caregorised into two discrete kinds, namely primary and secondary Arthritis. Primary Arthritis is oft referred to as the ‘wear-and-tear’ Arthritis, as it is linked up with aging and the degeneracy of the cartilage with the coming of age. In the matter of fact, the older an individual gets, the more possibly he or she will feel some kind of pain. Aside from age, there is no evident reason for this affliction. Secondary Arthritis, on the other hand, can be copied to an evident cause. The break up of cartilage in this case can be associated to makes such as obesity, injury, hereditary, etc

This affects each person differently and at changing asperity. In spite of this, respective general Symptoms have been discovered. They are joint irritation after periods of inactivity or even overdrive, morning clumsiness that normally does not last more than 30 minutes, pain from weakened muscles circling the joint, declivity in coordination, bearing and movement due to pain and clumsiness. It often affects on middle-aged and older people. Men below the age of 55 are more possibly to be afflicted related to women of the same age group. However, on above the age of 55 women are the more normally affected. Totally, there are more women with OA equated to men because it is believed that the fuller female hip places continuing stress on the knees, which may lead to the growing of this illness.

Despite being one of the oldest diseases known to man, the reason for this illness is still not fully known. All the same, various risk factors that may lead to rheumatoid Arthritis have been distinguished. These factors include age which is a significant risk factor, as wear and tear plays an important part in the growth of this illness. In short, the relative incidence of Arthritis rises with age and with more usage of the joints. Click Link For Hip Arthritis Treatment

Arthritis Inflammation Causes: A SHORT Explanation!

Have you ever wondered what exactly what arthritis inflammation causes are and what the factors involved in pain are? If you understand what causes inflammation, you will be able to fight it! At the end of this article you will know what causes your arthritis inflammation, and what you can do to fight it!

Important to note is that anti-inflammatory drugs do well to treat the symptoms of pain and inflammation, but does nothing to address the cause of arthritis inflammation. Inflammation affects the whole body- that is why rheumatoid arthritis is called a systemic disease. Finding ways to treat the underlying causes of the the body in its ‘state of alarm’ is the most effective long term strategy in treating arthritis inflammation causes. There are various factors that could cause arthritis inflammation.

Factors That Cause Arthritis Inflammation:

A Toxic Liver

The wrong balance of bacteria in the gut can cause bacterial, fungal and parasitic infection, leaky gut syndrome and allergies. A ‘leaky gut’ allows all kind of proteins and toxins into the blood stream. Your liver has the task of dealing with these excessive amounts of toxins. When the liver can’t cope, it can lead to allergies, inflammation and ultimately, arthritis inflammation. What the liver needs are anti-oxidants like vitamins A,C and E, selenium and zinc. Anti-oxidants will empower the liver to cope with the detoxification process in the body. If you suffer from arthritis, it is vital that you supplement your diet with these essential vitamins.

Insulin Resistance

Insulin is a hormone released by the pancreas to help control blood sugar levels. People with diabetes and insulin resistance do not react to insulin like they should- they become insensitive to insulin. Insulin transports glucose to the cells of the body. If you are insulin-resistant, your body has to produce much more insulin to get enough glucose to the cells. This often results in too much glucose in the blood. Too much glucose and insulin doesn’t only tax the liver, but it can damage the cells of the body, leading to an inflammatory response of the body. More inflammation means increased rheumatoid arthritis inflammation. The sharp rise in blood sugar is often followed by a sharp drop because of all the insulin hanging around in the blood. To try and raise the levels, your body releases the stress hormone cortisol, which can also cause inflammation. It is a bad cycle to be in.

Allergies and Leaky Gut Syndrome

Food allergies commonly cause arthritis inflammation and rheumatoid arthritis pain in the body. The guilty foods are often dairy, wheat and yeast products like bread and beer. The irony is that NSAIDs (painkillers) often damage the intestinal wall, allowing unwanted proteins to leak into the blood stream, causing even more inflammation. Allergies are closely linked to ‘leaky gut syndrome’ or gastrointestinal permeability. This is condition occurs when the small intestines lets harmful toxins, microbes, and proteins into the blood stream, causing the body’s immune system to cause an inflammatory response. Leaky gut is often at the core of most food allergies. This is because allergies to foods like wheat may increase the permeability of the the intestines, allowing more toxins etc to enter the blood. Allergies in the intestines can also reduce the absorption of key anti-oxidant nutrients. The more permeable the gut becomes over time, the more the inflammation becomes. Chronic inflammation leads to a compromised immune system and this can lead to diseases like asthma and rheumatoid arthritis. Typically, the fist thing we reach for are NSAIDs, which only irritates the intestines more, worsening the whole situation. Following a diet low in wheat and dairy, as well as supplementing with vitamins A,C and Zinc can help to reduce gut permeability and ultimately, your arthritis inflammation. You can test whether you have leaky gut syndrome. Contact your nearest nutritional therapist for advise on where to get a test kit.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it is logical to conclude that to prevent arthritis inflammation and pain, the best strategy is to avoid dietary habits that cause the inflammation to increase.

Keep NSAIDs and steroids to an absolute minimum; they ultimately make things worse. They may work at first, but prolonged use will make matters worse.

Furthermore, it is a good idea to look towards natural supplements that act as pain killers and reduce inflammation naturally. Millions of arthritis patients kill their pain the natural way, you can too!

How to Meditate Effectively

What image comes to mind when you think of meditation? Perhaps a gentle old man sitting quietly on an ancient Asian mountaintop? Meditation practice originated centuries ago in the Far East but has become more mainstream in Western culture. Today, millions of people all over the world practice meditation to relieve a variety of problems in their personal lives and promote a general sense of well-being.

Practicing meditation requires us to dip below our “surface” thoughts and into the realm of the subconscious. Meditation is focusing on the space between your thoughts. Much like a computer that needs to be defragmented on a regular basis in order to run at its optimal level, meditation is a wonderful tool that gives us a chance to recalibrate our mind, body and spirit. In effect, meditation helps us to realize our full potential and success as human beings.

There is no right or wrong way to meditate, but there are ways to meditate effectively.

1. Open Your Mind
One of the most important steps to meditate effectively is to keep an open mind. Every person is unique, and so is each meditation experience. Try not to judge or criticize yourself and be open to whatever experience comes your way. You might be pleasantly surprised.

2. Set Aside a Quiet Time and Place
It is crucial to set aside a quiet time and place in preparation for meditation. Schedule the time on your calendar and treat it like and important meeting you would not want to miss. Turn off your phone and communicate to family members or housemates to give you interrupted time for yourself for at least 20-30 minutes. One of the best times to meditate is first thing in the morning because this is when the subconscious mind is the most impressionable and you will most likely start your day with positive thoughts. However, If you suffer from insomnia or thrive later in the day, an evening practice might be best for you.

3. Sit in a Comfortable Position
Your body’s posture during meditation is also important. The ideal posture is a comfortable sitting position, legs crossed, with your spine straight and erect. If you are not able to cross your legs, simply sit in the most comfortable position that is true for your body on that day. Be sure you can sit in that particular position for a long time period and try not to lay down, as often it’s easy to fall asleep.

4. Do a Short Breathing Exercise
Sometimes it may be effective to practice pranayama, or conscious breathing, for 5 minutes to calm your thoughts and prepare your mind and body for meditation. One effective pranayama exercise is alternate nostril breathing. Close one nostril with your fingers, exhale completely then inhale completely. Close the other nostril and repeat. Once you become comfortable, see if you can slow down your breathing, inhale for 5 counts and exhale for 10 counts. This brings awareness and leads to a singular point of focus that is important as the next step in how to meditate effectively.

5. Create a Point of Focus
Our minds are chock full of thoughts, worries, fears and desires. Meditation is focusing on the quiet space between thoughts in order to recalibrate and balance ourselves. Focus on your breath, an object like a candle flame, and/or a mantra. A mantra is especially effective in replacing any thought that re-enters your mind and a gentle way to bring yourself back to that “space.” It can be a non-verbal om or any other combination of rich vowels that feels comfortable to you. When we practice meditation regularly using the same mantra, soon we train our mind to associate the word(s) with a calm meditative state. By extension, this makes our mantra a very powerful tool to deal with stressful situations in our life as a result of a regular meditation practice.

6. Accept Yourself
It’s no secret that it’s not easy to meditate or more people would be doing it. Like most things practice makes it easier, but our minds will inevitably wander. Try not to be hard on yourself. Simply accept it and return to your point of focus each time it happens and move on.

7. Enjoy the Benefits of Meditation
Not only does meditation rejuvenate the body and promote inner peace, it also can be a source of inspiration. Most humans use only a very small percentage of our brains. This approximate 5% is controlled by our physical selves and our ego. The remaining 95% of our intelligence resides in our subconscious mind, where the most powerful ideas and best solutions to our problems lie. The power of our subconscious mind is one which many past leaders have tapped into, such as Thomas Edison, Buddha, Jesus, Confucius and Einstein, to name a few.

At first the benefits of meditation may seem small, but using these effective techniques on how to meditate are very powerful. Over time you might just feel like the peaceful, enlightened man (or woman) on the mountaintop.

But, believers tell quite a different story. There are hundreds of remedies and products that are consumed yearly by those suffering from one or more of the 100 different varieties today. Books and recipes with natural cures for arthritis sell well and are making the industry a profitable one. But, when the facts are investigated and the bottom dollar of profit set aside, there truly are benefits to developing this disease, or any other disease, from a natural perspective.

Perhaps the fuss surrounding this and other medical conditions has something to do with the fact that alternative medical treatments continue to gain in popularity as more and more side effects or long term damage is done by potent prescription drugs or foreign chemicals that are put into the body. More people than ever seek alternative procedures or natural arthritis treatments for their aches and pains, trying to find the least invasive treatment plan possible.

This can range from vitamin supplements to hypnosis. Also included in the natural cures for this arena are: acupuncture, biofeedback, and massage therapies. This article will discuss diet and supplements that have helped those who have one or more forms with pain and stiffness. It should be noted, however, that some supplements can interfere with prescription drug therapies and some ingredients can cause additional problems when taken with certain prescription drugs. Before embarking on any arthritic regimen, speak with a doctor about any risks involved and be clear about any supplements taken. Organic or natural products are supposed to help the body, but never hurt it. As with anything, guidelines are good to know and imperative to follow when using any new product.

It should also be said that dietary supplements are not overseen or approved by the National Food and Drug Administration, here in the U.S. The manufacturers are responsible for ensuring that their products meet safety standards expected by their customers and consumers. Dietary supplements are made to add vitamins or healthy sources of nutrients to diets lacking the variety that naturally gives the body the nutrients it needs to perform to maximum possibilities. New and exciting natural arthritis treatments include vitamin C in the form of oranges or orange juice and greet teas. There has been research with each that proves some improvement for sufferers. In other countries such as China, India, and Japan, green tea is thought to be a health agent with the power to prevent or cure certain illnesses. Seemingly, rheumatoid arthritis in these countries exists at a much lower rate than in the United States or other countries in the world. Countries that consumer more green tea, have less diagnosis. There are also studies in mice that show improvement in swelling and inflammation, when given green teas.

Drinking at least one glass of freshly squeezed orange juice every day can help with some symptoms. Natural cures for arthritis, or at least a pain management system seems to be in certain forms of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables that contain Beta-cryptoxanthin are not only contributors to healthy bones and skin, but are thought to help with the immune system which is directly involved with Rheumatoid arthritis. Apricots, Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Butternut squash, carrots, pumpkin, and sweet potatoes are among the yellow or orange fruits and vegetables that are rich in -Vitamin A and Beta-cryptoxanthin, some of the natural arthritis treatments.

Getting a healthy diet and plenty of exercise will help the body fight against illness and various diseases. A healthy diet and exercise are not harmful, unless a doctor specifically warns against certain exercises and foods. Certain types of this disease are not curable, and other forms can be life-long challenges as well. But, when we give the body the nutrients it needs to perform at its best, we are doing ourselves a great favor! Taking care of the bodies God graciously gave each person is a way to glorify what He has done for us and creates a better self-image that will enable most people to perform as better Christians.

Studies have also showed that those who carry extra weight are more at risk. Extra weight can wear and tear on the joints and surrounding ligaments. Weight loss can be considered one of the natural cures for arthritis, as the joints effected get relief when there is less weight and stress placed upon them daily. There might be natural cures for arthritis that meets with the body’s needs for healing. Again, be sure and check with a doctor before taking large doses of any supplement, or when using a program with prescription arthritic drugs.

Arthritis Pain Relief Remedies – Reduce Pain and Inflammation of the Joints

Edit Article |

Arthritis causes pain and inflammation in the joints, pain relief is necessary for maintaining the movement of joints before arthritis makes them completely immovable. Apart from this, the continuous pain can push the patient in a state of depression where he might even give up the will to fight the condition which can reduce the effects of the treatment.

Doctors usually prescribe medicines those can be categorized in to three NSAID, narcotic pain relievers and steroids. These medicines do provide immense relief from pain and even inflammation to the patient but along with this these are also susceptible for causing serious side effects. Though till today NSAID are considered safe but their complete effects on the body are yet to be known. In some arthritic conditions taking these medicines for pain relief can become compulsory.

Many people are switching to alternate medication for arthritic pain relief to avoid side effects of the drugs. There are many herbs which have been used since ancient times for arthritic pain relief and new herbs have been discovered too recently. Nettle leaves are natural counterparts of NSAID for anti-inflammation apart from this it has a natural substance called boron which is a helpful nutrient for arthritis patients. Cinnamon bark is a Chinese herb and very popular for its effects on arthritic pain relief, it improves blood flow and functioning of kidney and spleen. This herb is equally effective in relieving rheumatoid arthritis pain. Few other effective herbs for arthritis pain relief are alfalfa, angelica, licorice, ginseng, burdock, devil’s claw, howthorn, oregano, prickly ash, rosemary, turmeric, wild yarn etc.

Cayenne cream is popularly used as alternate treatment for arthritis pain as cayenne peppers have capsaicin which can inhibit the signals of pain flashing to the brain. However some people may not find it effective immediately and some may need more time, at least a week’s time is recommended before making a decision. Consumption of vitamin E and vitamin B as supplement help the body in relieving arthritis pain. Chondroitin can draw blood to the cartilages, fish oil has natural anti-inflammatory properties and ginger has rich anti-oxidants which can help in relieving arthritis pain and inflammation. Glucosamine sulfate is a natural supplement which helps the body in rebuilding cartilages and is known to have very few side effects.

Some pain relieving methods are also helpful like hot water bath which can improve blood flow for some relief from pain. Hot and cold packs at the painful and inflamed joints can also relieve the pain and inflammation however in case of acutely inflamed joints only cold packs shall be applied. Hydrotherapy has exercises to be done in water to improve the movement of the joint for arthritis pain relief. Traction, massage and manipulation are included in mobilization therapies which promote joint movement for arthritis pain relief. TENS, relaxation therapy and acupuncture are also effective treatments for arthritis pain relief and reducing inflammation of joints. These therapies focus on improving the range of motion, strengthening the joint and improving endurance. These therapies shall be taken according to medical expert’s advice as all the therapies are not suitable for every arthritic condition.

Improving Rheumatoid Arthritis Symptoms

]]>

Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease where white blood cells suddenly attack healthy tissues, specifically joints and cartilage. There are a few ways to help ease the symptoms, depending on which stage of the disease you are in. If you are in the early stages of rheumatoid arthritis there is a new disease modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) which has done an excellent job in controlling symptoms. It works best in the initial stages, so if you suspect you may have rheumatoid arthritis, see your doctor as soon as possible.

There are other options if you are in later stages of rheumatoid arthritis. These are also helpful if you are still in early stages. One is to use anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin, ibuprofen, and naproxen. This does a great job reducing pain and inflammation. However, these have side effects including heart problems and gastrointestinal bleeding. You can also use acetaminophen for your rheumatoid arthritis, which does not have these side effects.

When symptoms are mild, moderate exercising including stretching, weight lifting, and aerobics ease rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. Be sure to rest when your joints flare up as this would just add strain to your aching joints. Stretching is important because it increases flexibility and is easy enough to do at any age. When stretching, stop when you feel mild discomfort and hold for 10 to 30 seconds. Then repeat 3 to 5 times. Weight lifting also improves flexibility as well as strength and balance. Barbells are easy, convenient, and inexpensive. Remember to stretch before lifting any weights. Start with 3 sets of 8 to 10 repetitions. If you would like you can start with no weights at all (such as going leg lifts for rheumatoid arthritis in the knees), then add weights when you can. Lift the weights slowly and evenly to not damage the cartilage.

Some other popular forms of exercise for rheumatoid arthritis are aqua therapy and Tai Chi. Be sure to find an actual therapist as they have specific exercises they do for arthritis patients. Aerobics instructors may push to far and do further damage. Tai Chi has no long term studies proving its effectiveness, but due to testimonials from patients who have taken Tai Chi, the Arthritis Foundation began offering the class. Remember to always check with your doctor before starting an exercise program.

Some other ways to relieve rheumatoid arthritis pain are to lose weight to take additional pressure off joints, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, using heat or ice, and possibly using devices such as a cane, brace, or splint. There are many resources for additional information on rheumatoid arthritis including websites, flyers, periodicals, books, etc. Your doctor should be able to provide you with some reference on where to look for additional help.

Click Link For Psoriatic Arthritis Treatment
