My name is Dr David Ngibbs my journey started when I was diagnosed with diabetes and was on 3 different drugs with a blood sugar level of 24.4. I was determined to get rid of this intruder, I used a combination of a proper diet and positive affirmations and now I can claim to free.
The reason for me writing this book is to introduce you to the power of positive affirmations and daily meditation combined with a positive diet.
The book is comprised of 10 recipes specifically for people who have diabetes and 8 powerful affirmations to affirm your way to a healthy you, we have also put together a 6 step guide of practicing affirmations.
